Where do I meet OutTings to pick up my rental?
OutTings will send you a confirmation email that contains your order details; date, time, selected park (if there is more than one option available), and the location of the pickup area. All locations are adjacent to the park and will contain street and cross streets.
Day of your reservation, you will receive a contact number and can even request to have a location pin dropped for your convenience. (Msg & data rates may apply based on your carrier.)
How long is my rental available for?
Your rental is available to you from pick-up time to our end of day as specified in your email and by the OutTings team member on site.
We want you to enjoy your OutTing, so more days don't have restrictions. Enjoy all day!
What if I am running late to pick up/drop off my rental?
Not a problem! We have a fifteen minute pick-up window for each guest. If you need to reschedule for earlier or later, please shoot us an email or text with your reservation information and we can update that for you.
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
We only allow cancellation up to 24 hours of initial purchase date.
After 24 hours of initial purchase window, we only allow refunds in form of store credit.
Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior reservation date and time. If you cancel after the 24 hour mark, you will not receive a refund in form of credit or other.
How do I reserve a last-minute rental?
Please email us at bookings@theouttings.com or text/call 347-974-3182 and we will try our best to accommodate you. Note, there may be an additional convenience fee.
Tip: The early you contact for reservation the better. The cut off is 9:00am for day of service.
What happens if the equipment is lost or stolen?
The renting member is responsible for all lost, damaged, and/or stolen equipment and may endure additional cost, if property total exceeds the total of their security deposit.
Season pass renting members are also responsible for all lost, damaged, and/or stolen equipment property total.

When will I receive my security deposit back?
All security Deposit are return to the card on file in 3-7 business days, depending on your bank.
If there are as damaged, your security deposit may reflect charges.

What happens if it rains?
If it rains, or forecast to rain, you will receive a rain day email the day before, with an option to reschedule. All serve weather forecasts with be automatically cancelled and you will receive a full credit to your account.
If it is forecasted to rain in the morning or afternoon and you decline your option to reschedule, your reservation will remain intact. Please note you are responsible for all damage associated with your rental. You will not receive a credit or partial credit if it rains and you decide to cancel or no showed.
If it beginning to rain, please pack up, cover the rental with the tarp provided, and return rental to team member at designated pick-up/drop off location.
If you chose to wait our the rain, do so while items are covered by tarp. Please keep in mind you are responsible for damaged, lost, and/or stolen equipment.
Can someone else pick up/drop off my rental?
You are able to designate another member of your party to pick up rental. Just provide the persons first and last name.
Upon arrival, they must provide the name on the reservation and provide a valid ID.
Please note that the renting member is responsible for all lost, stolen, and/or damaged items.
